I just got some Lanolips, and it's worth every dime I paid for it. I'm a life long allergy and sinus problem sufferer which makes me a chronic mouth breather :( My lips are constantly dry and cracked. It's been very dry here this winter with nasty cold wind making my poor lips even sadder than normal. It was so bad that I actually had a huge split in the corner of my mouth. Nothing else I tried even helped it. That's what finally pushed me to hunt down some Lanolips. I used it overnight last night, and my lips weren't dry at all when I woke up this morning even though I can barely breathe through my nose right now! I bought mine from Victoria Health online on 2/7 and received it on 2/14 - 7 days from the UK all the way to me in TN! They had a good selection of Lanolips products too. Since I'd never tried it before I just got the small tin of the Golden Ointment(I'm a sucker for stuff with honey in it lol). The total cost with shipping was £13.66/$21.10 for a 12.5g/0.44oz tin which comes out to $0.02 per ounces-exactly the same as the Bite lip mask :) I know some baby products contain lanolin, but I dunno. I'm a big A+D ointment fan, have been since my son was born almost 15 years ago, it contains lanolin, but it's got a smell for sure. One I couldn't tolerate in close proximity to my nose! Lol. Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick Desert Bloom – Swatches and LOTD:Hi Everyone,  How is the week going for you guys? Mine is totally boring and uneventful. I am going to review a lipstick that I bought some donkey’s ears back and found recently in my stash. It is the Maybelline Moisture Extreme Lipstick in the shade Desert Bloom. Price: At that time it was Rs. 220. Not sure if it has increased now. As you can see it came in this lovely peachy gold case. I carefully checked the case and was relieved to know that it has not yet expired. 🙂 Shade: Desert Bloom is the name of this beauty and it’s a soft muted pink that would look great on all skin tones below NC 40. It’s a very subtle warm soft pink that adds a hint of pinky sheen to your lips without being too warm or too cool-toned. My Experience with the product: Somehow, the shade reminded me of the very famous Mac’s Cosmo and I decided to do a quick comparative swatch (wow, I coined that phrase just now!). See below: Here’s how it looks on my lips: I think Cosmo is slightly darker and heavier in texture than this one, but on my lips they appear very similar. The texture of this one is uber moisturizing and it glides on the lips like a dream. I don’t need to use any lip balm or gloss over it. It gives a lovely moisturized look to my lips. Being so moisturizing it fades pretty easily – after 2-3 hours. Rating: 5/5 Overall Verdict: I have totally fallen in love with this color…yet again and I am going to finish it off in the next 3 months before it expires.
